How we came about:
While breeding Cherry Red shrimp, I was looking for some high quality feed for my shrimp. There was none to be found so I went the DIY route. A fellow forum member recommended Shrirakura and how popular it was in Europe. After further investigation and becoming tired of preparing my own food mix, I had my wife contact Mr Takayuki Shirakura in Japan directly. After ironing out some wrinkles we partnered up with him to become the first North American distributor of the Shirakura brand.
About the products:
Mr Takayuki Shirakura and his producer have worked for many years in the development of their products, fine tuning and making modifications to meet exacting specifications. Each product was developed to play a specific and critical role in the development of beautiful, colourful crystal red shrimp (aka red bee shrimp).
