Atyopsis moluccensis aka:

Fan Shrimp, Wood Shrimp, Bamboo Shrimp.

I found 2 of these beautiful creatures in my fish tank.  They are very delicate shrimp and require a specialized diet.  Currently feeding them Shirakura Chi-Ebi shrimp fry foods.
